Kade Texas Kade was an energetic 15-year-old from Texas who loved skateboarding. His mother and father, Jaye and Ty, shared with us almost daily the ups and downs of his experiences with a bone marrow transplant. Kade had giant-sized, Texan determination and courage and fought a good fight. He passed away on January 3, 2004, from complications of his bone marrow transplant.
